A man named the workplace. He was searching for a missing person. He wanted to locate his sister that he had not seen for more than twenty years. She had gone to perform in Spain for a couple of months and while she was there had had a fling using a Spanish waiter and had turn out to be pregnant. She came back to England and had the baby. She tried to look soon after the baby herself but was just not mature enough and couldn’t cope. The baby was adopted by another family members member and her husband. Shortly after the adoption his sister disappeared. She would write letters to the family members from time to time just to let them know that she was OK.
He told us all he knew about her and many of the feasible locations she could be living. He was quite sure that she had not returned to Spain and that she was living within the south of England. The reason he wanted to track her down now was to give her the sad news that their Mother had died. We felt that we could not just pass on any details regarding her whereabouts we ought to aid him when he went to see her.
